Transaction & Order Logs: Customer names, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, and order items generated via customer storefronts.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used strictly to power catalog storefronts, dispatch order notification webhooks, process subscription billing, and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. WhatsApp Integration & Data Transmission

SnapBuy generates pre-formatted WhatsApp chat payloads. Communication between consumers and merchants over WhatsApp takes place directly across end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp infrastructure.

4. Data Security & Storage

All sensitive tokens, database connections, and session data are safeguarded with industry-standard TLS encryption, strict password hashing (bcrypt), and role-based access controls.
