Return Window & Eligibility

At StepUp Footwear Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unworn, or defective merchandise with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be credited back via your original payment method (Direct UPI / Bank Transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.
